How usage limits work
- Unused daily limit does not roll over to the next day.
- A new inquiry to the same Buyer can be sent once per calendar month (KST).
- First-month no-reply relief: Pro and Business subscribers who send enough inquiries in their first paid month but receive no Buyer replies may qualify for a free extra month. This is a separate service benefit, not part of the refund policy — see My Page after subscribing for exact conditions.

Billing
- Plans renew automatically every month until cancelled.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free.
