PeachBond Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between UNFOLD LAB ("Company"), the operator of PeachBond, and users of the PeachBond service (the "Service").

PeachBond is a subscription B2B SaaS service that helps Korean cosmetics suppliers discover verified, curated global buyers, review tailored recommendations, reach out to buyers through PeachBond, and manage the status of each inquiry.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means Buyer search and detail viewing, per-supplier Buyer recommendations, Saved Buyers, Buyer inquiry relay, inquiry/reply status management, the PeachBond export guide, and all related features provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" means a person or entity that has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service, categorized as Supplier or Buyer.
  3. "Unclaimed Profile" means a company profile pre-populated by the Company from publicly available sources, not yet claimed by an authorized representative of that company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon posting within the Service or otherwise notifying Members.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, with prior notice of the effective date and reason for amendment.

Article 4 (Registration)

Users may register via email or Google account following the Company's designated procedure.

The Company may refuse registration or terminate an account where any of the following applies:

  • The user impersonates another party
  • The user submits false information (particularly for supplier verification review)
  • The user otherwise interferes with Service operations

Article 5 (Service Description)

The Company provides the following services:

  1. Buyer search and detail viewing
  2. Per-supplier Buyer recommendations
  3. Saved Buyers
  4. Buyer inquiry relay
  5. Inquiry and reply status management
  6. The PeachBond export guide
  7. Supplier verification and access management

The Company may modify Service features for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.

Article 6 (Plans, Payment, and Subscription)

  1. The Service offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Current prices and the detailed benefits of each plan are as posted on the Pricing page (peachbond.com/pricing), which controls over any figure in these Terms.
  2. The Service does not offer new paid sign-up on the web. Pro and Business plans are available only through the PeachBond Android app, where payment is processed through Google Play. A plan purchased in the app applies to the same account on the web as well.
  3. Paid plans renew automatically every month. A Member may cancel auto-renewal at any time; paid access continues until the end of the then-current billing period, after which the account moves to the Free plan.
  4. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Play Store > Subscriptions).
  5. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (peachbond.com/refund).

Article 7 (Inquiry Limits)

  1. Pro Members may send up to 3 inquiries per day, and Business Members up to 5 inquiries per day, measured on the Korea Standard Time (KST) calendar day.
  2. Unused daily limit does not carry over to the next day.
  3. A Member may send a new inquiry to the same Buyer no more than once per KST calendar month.
  4. The daily inquiry limit above is separate from, and must not be confused with, the number of daily Buyer recommendations shown on the Pricing page.

Article 8 (Supplier Verification)

  1. Suppliers may claim and verify their company profile by submitting their business registration number and supporting documents, following the procedure described on the Verification page (peachbond.com/verification).
  2. The Company reviews submitted documents and may revoke verification and restrict use upon discovering falsified submissions.
  3. Verification status may be reviewed again, and adjusted, if a profile is not kept up to date.

Article 9 (Unclaimed Profiles and Claim)

  1. The Company may pre-populate and publish profiles of companies that have not yet registered ("Unclaimed"), based on publicly available trade data.
  2. An authorized representative may claim such a profile through identity verification (e.g., domain email verification).
  3. Inaccurate information may be reported via the Report feature for correction or removal.

Article 10 (Company's Obligations and Disclaimer)

  1. Buyer information and any profile completeness ('Verification Completeness') indicator shown in the Service are reference material to assist a Member's own judgment.
  2. The Company does not guarantee that a listed Buyer or Supplier is genuine, that any transaction will be safe, that a Buyer will reply, that a contract will result, or any particular sales outcome.
  3. Members are solely responsible for verifying their counterparty and the terms of any transaction before proceeding.
  4. The Company is not a party to any contract formed between Members and third parties introduced through the Service.
  5. The Company does not provide legal, customs, or regulatory advice, and Members remain responsible for their own compliance with applicable export, import, and trade regulations.
  6. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or failures of third-party infrastructure or payment providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google Play, etc.) outside its control.

Article 11 (Member's Obligations)

  1. Members must provide accurate information about their company and products.
  2. Members must not use information obtained through the inquiry relay for purposes other than legitimate business dealings.
  3. Members must not scrape or resell other members' data or otherwise act contrary to the intended use of the Service.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property)

The Company retains intellectual property rights to the Service's UI, logo, and underlying technology.

Members retain rights to the company and product information they submit, but grant the Company a license to use it for Service operations (e.g., search indexing, recommendations).

Article 13 (Termination)

Members may terminate their account (withdraw) at any time via in-Service settings. Upon withdrawal, the account is deactivated immediately (login is blocked), and personal data is deleted after a grace period, except where retention is required by law — see the Privacy Policy for details.

The Company may restrict use or terminate an account, with prior notice, upon a Member's violation of Article 11.

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

These Terms are effective as of 2026-08-21.
